My name is Roheeda, and I am the founder of ROH Real Outcomes For Healthy Futures.

I’ve spent my entire adult life in childcare and education—it's the world I stepped into at 17, and it’s shaped who I am today. Over the years, first aid training became a routine part of my professional development, something I refreshed every few years without thinking much of it. But as time went on, I started to notice a shift. The quality of training varied, the delivery didn’t always meet the needs of real workplaces, and many early years settings were left without the confidence they deserved.

Not just in First Aid but in many other aspects of childcare.

That realisation stayed with me.

I’ve always believed that the right training and support can change how someone reacts in a moment that truly matters. And I knew I wanted to be part of raising that standard—not just for myself, but for the people we care for everyday and for the people who care for children, support teams, and keep workplaces safe at all times. 

So I began researching how to become an instructor. Within a week, I’d committed to the journey. It felt like the natural next step—a way to combine my experience, my passion for teaching, and my desire to make a real difference.

That’s how ROH was born.

ROH stands for Real Outcomes for Healthy Futures, and that’s exactly what I want to create: training that feels meaningful, practical, and empowering. My goal isn’t just to deliver courses myself but to build a community of strong, experienced trainers who share the same values and can deliver high‑quality training across the country.

This business is personal to me. It’s built on years of hands‑on experience, a genuine love for helping people grow, and a belief that everyone deserves the confidence to act when it matters most. Through ROH, I’m proud to support learners, organisations, and fellow trainers on their journey to safer, healthier futures.
